We are proud to announce that we\u2019ve officially earned our third Great Place to Work\u00ae (GPW) award \u2013 this time as one of the UK\u2019s Best Workplaces\u2122 for Wellbeing (2023)<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This recognition comes while Touch Medical Media continues to undergo a significant transformation, demonstrating that during our evolution, our culture and values have remained strong.<\/p>\n

Our ultimate goal is to create a supportive and inclusive workplace where all employees feel safe, supported and heard. We continue to develop our wellbeing and mental health policy and training as mental health first aiders. This helps us tackle the causes of work-related mental health problems.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Great Place to Work\u00ae is the global authority on workplace culture. They assess thousands of employee surveys from companies across the country to gauge their holistic wellbeing experiences at work, enabling them to create the UK’s Best Workplaces\u2122 for Wellbeing list<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

The survey is sent by GPW to our employees, asking them to comment on how we support their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included assessing how well we could deliver consistency of their experience across all departments and seniority levels.<\/p>\n

This rounds out an incredible year, becoming an accredited Great Place to Work\u00ae<\/a><\/span>, Great Place to Work\u00ae for Women<\/a><\/span>, and now one of the UK\u2019s Best Workplaces\u2122 for Wellbeing (2023)<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
