GRANTS COORDINATOR
Touch Medical Media Services (TMMS) is seeking a dynamic Grants Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting business development. Reporting directly to the Grants and Contracts Manager, this position involves managing the coordination, creation, and submission of proposals. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who can ensure the efficient running of this critical area of our business.
This role operates in a fast-paced and engaging environment, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
We offer this position as a full-time permanent role, but we welcome candidates interested in flexible or reduced working hours to discuss alternative arrangements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Play a pivotal role in the timely creation and submission of multiple proposals simultaneously for the IME division.
- Maintain and update internal proposal trackers and external supporter portals
- Collaborate with Medical Directors and internal stakeholders to ensure all proposal information is gathered and completed and proposal milestones are met.
- Compile and maintain grant submission templates and associated documentation.
- Organise all necessary documents for submission within a structured proposal folder.
- Coordinate pharmaceutical contracts between stakeholders.
- Utilise financial tools to create accurate budgets for assigned projects, promptly communicating any changes or concerns.
- Attend weekly proposal status meetings, supporting the Grants and Contracts Manager.
- Provide regular updates to the Education Development team.
- Engage senior management to gather key proposal details.
- Coordinate proposal reviews with external accreditors.
- Work with the wider team to coordinate and submit project reconciliation reports via supporter portals.
- Build strong working relationships with grants offices of supporter organisations.
- Leverage online resources to identify new supporter opportunities.
- Continuously seek improvements in administrative processes’.
PROCESSES & SOPs
For all allocated projects and accounts:
- Adhere to supporter-specific compliance requirements.
- Identify and comply with all client and compliance-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Follow the TIME proposal process from initial setup through to submission.
