Environmental

We promote environmental sustainability by reducing travel with video conferencing, cutting commuting emissions, following GHG Protocol and ISO 14001 standards, supporting community initiatives and working to track our carbon footprint.

Social

We prioritize health and safety with comprehensive policies and flexible working hours, promote diversity and inclusion through non-discriminatory hiring and fair wages, offer mental health support with resources and counseling, encourage community engagement through volunteering and local cause support, and ensure compliance with PMCPA, EFPIA, the Sunshine Act, PhRMA Code and industry regulations.

Economic

We ensure data protection as a member of the ICO, with robust policies, regular sustainability reports, strong partnerships with clients and supporters and we promote employee progression through development and training opportunities.

Our sustainability goals

We have taken significant actions to become a more sustainably run business. We’ve planted thousands of trees to offset our emissions, established our baseline carbon footprint calculation and provided educational materials to all our employees.
