EMAIL & SOCIAL MARKETING MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gain a strong understanding of our audience and the various segments within it to tailor our marketing strategies and campaigns effectively.
- Optimize engagement with our B2B audience by utilizing existing databases from Touch Independent Medical Education and Touch Medical Communications.
- Enhance our email marketing capabilities and maximize engagement with our audiences of healthcare professionals across ten therapy areas.
- Collaborate in building and optimizing automated and action-triggered email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions within the B2B and B2C audiences.
- Work closely with the campaigns team and designers to create and deploy email campaigns for multiple stakeholders.
- Manage and perform A/B testing using email and social marketing software to measure the success of campaigns and produce performance reports/dashboards.
- Build and maintain systems for testing and measuring ongoing social and email campaigns, using tools like Hootsuite to ensure all social media campaigns reach the correct targets and that all analytics are on track.
- Expand the company’s social media presence by creating and posting engaging content across multiple therapy areas, ensuring balanced and consistent communication across all channels and segments.
- Manage ongoing relationships with brand representatives across the social media mix.
- Support the Head of Data and Insights with strategies for data growth and augmentation.
- Monitor the activity of company competitors, including our top 5 different competitors.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Salesforce and Mailchimp. Basic knowledge of marketing automation platforms like Marketo and Pardot is a bonus.
- Experience in customer segmentation, customer journeys, automations, and A/B testing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, with healthcare experience being a bonus.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like HootSuite, Hubspot, and Buffer.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, including successful post writing and visual storytelling.
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software like Canva and BeeFree.
- Basic understanding of HTML would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HootSuite to assess campaign performance.
- Basic knowledge of algorithms and search engine optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage projects and campaigns from start to finish.
- Ensure work is conducted with current business policies and GDPR compliance.
- A self-starter with plenty of ideas and the confidence to contribute and make an impact from day one.
- Understanding of working with multiple audience segments effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
