Touch is proud to announce that it has once again been recognised as a Great Place to Work® Certified™ organisation, reinforcing its commitment to building an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.

The recognition follows the results of the 2026 Great Place To Work® Trust Index© Survey, in which Touch achieved an impressive 89% Trust Index score, 24% above the 65% benchmark required for Great Place To Work® Certification. The survey also recorded an overall positive employee experience score of 90%, demonstrating the continued strength of the company’s culture and employee experience.

The survey highlighted several areas where Touch continues to excel, including:

  • 93% positive score for camaraderie, reflecting a highly collaborative and supportive culture.

  • 95% of employees said management trusts people to do a good job without watching over their shoulders.

  • 95% said they look forward to coming to work.

  • 95% agreed that the company celebrates people who try new and better ways of doing things.

  • 96% agreed with the statement, “We’re all in this together.”

  • 100% of respondents agreed that people are treated fairly regardless of race, sexual orientation, caste, or social and economic status.

Alongside the survey results, employee comments reinforced the culture that underpins these scores. Many highlighted the company’s high levels of trust, flexibility, and collaboration, describing Touch as a workplace where people are empowered to innovate, supported by approachable leadership and united by a genuine sense of teamwork.

One employee commented:

“There’s an openness across the company with respect to how and why things are done that truly fosters a ‘we’re all in this together’ feeling.”

Another shared:

“Management trusts people to get the work done, and there is no micromanagement despite working remotely. This gives me a greater sense of responsibility and pride in my work.”

Barney Kent, Chief Executive Officer, said:

“Achieving Great Place To Work® Certification is something we’re incredibly proud of because it reflects the experiences of our people. Our culture has always been built on trust, collaboration, and giving talented individuals the opportunity to do their best work.

While we’re pleased with the results, we never see culture as something that’s finished. Listening to our people, acting on their feedback, and continually investing in their experience will always remain a priority. These results are a testament to every member of the team, whose commitment, expertise and support for one another make our organisation such a rewarding place to work.”

As a fully remote organisation, Touch continues to demonstrate that high-performing teams are built through trust, flexibility, transparency and shared purpose. The latest Great Place To Work® results reinforce the company’s commitment to fostering an environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and connected, regardless of where they work.
